I have been with Catherine’s as a patient, an employee, and a volunteer for 30 years. All experiences were AAA+. I have been treated with compassion every time I have had any need or concern. I have watched them grow and thrive.
They say there open at 8:00 am call and call says there closed they don’t ever turn there phone lines on when they open in time it’s frustrating
The actual dentist and the hygienists that I’ve been assisted by are absolutely Amazing. I don’t have a single complaint about either of them, they deserve 10 out of 5 stars. My issue is that Every Single Time I’ve been there, I end up standing there looking dumb trying to check in because they don’t acknowledge you, as if they didn’t have to just literally let you in the locked door. I had to switch to this office due to an insurance change. I am so impressed with their updated equipment. I’m grateful for all the staff members who were extremely caring and compassionate. The dental assistants/hygienists Megan and Myra were very empathetic. They took the time to explain everything and their care was exceptional as was the dentist who filled my cavity almost pain free. This office may have cured my dental PTSD. Thanks for your treating me like I was the only patient who was getting care that day!
This group of individuals are precise & learned. I've had excellent care dental & medical. Great option for anyone=)
