I am both a medical and dental patient and I have been very satisfied with my time at Catherine's. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Offices are clean and the medical and dental staff is well educated.
Well my first cleaning here went great a month ago. But I Just left my appt and ask to speak with a manager but was told no. I had a list of concerns. During my appt the doctor and assistant were talking about personal things the whole time doing my 2 fillings. Before they had even started, my original hygienist assistant was told by another assistant that he had been doing accounts all day, and that he was upset that he had not done one procedure yet and then they started to get into a fight directly behind my chair I shoul... read more
I didn't appreciate iceberg demeanor on a serious subject.
I’ve been looking for a dentist that is accepting patients with Medicaid and Catherine’s was it! I was able to get see the Dr in matter of days and the entire staff was kind and made the experience great!
