She is knowledgeable, takes time listening and explaining all options to improve aging skin. Per her information and all the time she took with me, I made a choice for treatment.

Dr. Tisdall is an amazing doctor. She spent a ton of time answering all my questions. She took note of my need to keep things natural, so she would give me the medicine option and a natural option. I'm mercury toxic, so she took the time to make sure that the injections were safe. She is really smart and I appreciate that even tho I don't know all the scientific words she uses she still uses them and doesn't talk to me like I'm dumb. I also love that I can get facials and other fun treatments.
Dr Tisdall is an expert in her field. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I never feel rushed and she takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
Dr. Tisdall has a wonderful bedside manner and immediately puts you at ease. She is everything you want a doctor to be. The care I have received has been practical but also quite thorough. She also takes the time to explain and even writes things down for you; she isn’t rushed to get to the next patient. The staff is amazing. These caregivers are truly that; in a very busy day, they all are clearly focused on patient care.
Dr. Tisdall has been my dermatologist of choice for 10 years. I see her for skin cancer screening and treatment as well as cosmetic treatments. She always explains my medical conditions and treatment using easily understood terminology and explanations. She is never too busy to answer any questions and will personally call you at your request. She is not just very professional but also very personable. She remembers you as not just a patient but as a person.
She is great at communicating with the patient and achieving the goals of the visit efficiently.
I had to switch dermatologists because of my insurance and just visited Dr. Tisdall. She gave me some advice about my Rosacea and recommended some prescriptions that weren't covered by my carrier. The prescriptions were never called in to the pharmacy and I had to call back the staff. Then, they still weren't covered and I asked them to make a claim with my carrier for one face wash because I needed it and was out (which I mentioned to the assistants). They finally called me back and said they w
