I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Suriano as my physician, she is not only very well qualified and knowledgeable and coordinates appropriate timely care. If there were 10 stars available, I would select 10.
We conducted my yearly wellness exam over the phone and it was a good experience. All questions were answered and the doctor was as thorough as could be over the phone. I had my blood drawn the next morning and results were relayed to me by yesterday afternoon. Good job, Dr. Suriano!!!

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Suriano. As usual, I did not have to wait long. Dr. Suriano always comes in with a smile and handshake. She treats me with respect and listens to my concerns. I feel very comfortable with her decisions in my healthcare. Excellent doctor!!
I went to Kootenai Family Clinic for a new patient exam with Dr. Suriano the end of September. I first saw her assistant, Ashley, who was very efficient, knowledgeable and charming. Dr. Suriano was very through and communicated clearly regarding my medical history and what her recommendations were. I was extremely pleased and would recommend her services.
Dr. Suriano is not a caring provider. She is more worried about you only having 1 problem and the time she is spending with you, instead of actually listening to your concerns. She appears to have a bias against elderly patients and their multiple problems. She makes older patients feel like they are incapable of listening and being able to follow instructions for their care. I do not trust her as she has missed very obvious symptoms that led to unnecessary hospitalizations.
