Felt rushed, felt like she didn’t listen, didn’t offer solutions, difficult to work with her staff, felt like I was talked down to, unconcerned about my concerns, I was always uncomfortable at my appts. I have an elderly mom who was in tears many times after appts. We have both found other providers. Even though I was a long term patient same issues throughout that time.
I felt rushed through my appointment and didn’t have time to address all of my health concerns. She didn’t listen or try to understand my health issues. She didn’t accept years of pasts experience with my conditions and I felt dismissed.
I have seen her twice, and both times I felt like I was rush out of the room, spent more time in the waiting area and in the small claustrophobic exam room,
It's rare you find a physician with both excellent clinical skills and a compassionate bedside manner. Even rarer to find one with neither. That is Catherine Suriano, the worst medical provider I have encounter in any capacity. Treating patients with condescension and spite, she's arrogant, judgemental, and mocking. Reestablishment of care as Primary Physician
I was extremely impressed with Dr. Suriano. She is very knowledgable. She is very courteous and listens to your concerns. I am glad that I picked her to be my primary care Physician.
Dr. Suriano always listens and diagnoses my problems accurately. I am very grateful to her and her staff for a pleasant visit every time.
Dr. Suriano is interested in improving ones health, not just treating problems. My thanks to her for her hard work on my behalf.
My visit with Dr. Suriano was wonderful. She addressed my issues, explained everything well, and listened to all I had to say. The staff was friendly and efficient. I certainly would recommend Dr. Suriano.
