They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. Wish I had not done so previously. Have discovered after four years, office staff is incompetent and you ALWAYS fall through the cracks!! And, they do not care if your script gets called in or your blood work results are given to you. They just say "you got overlooked!" Pretty sad. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I visited this office and unfortunately did not make it to see the doctor so I cant speak on her. But the office staff.... HOT MESS! When I showed up for my appointment I was informed by a young lady with a large underbite that my appointment was yesterday and since I was a new patient I could not be rescheduled be cause I was a no show. This conversation took place in front of a crowded waiting area..... Too bad their customer service sucks! well you wont get my co-pays!
