Have went to Dr Sargent for several years, staff at the desk is always rude. I finally had enough at my last appointment. Went to the desk and was questioning why had to do new paperwork when I was just seen 3 months ago. Front desk girl did not explain just stated "you have to do it" I turned around and walked out. Even though I liked Dr Sargent, I will not go back do to the rudeness of her front desk when checking in each time I come for an appointment.
Knowledgeable, great diagnostician and good with people. I have not experienced any difficulties with her as a person and no difficulties with her staff. Top notching, caring organization. Her diagnoses have been spot on!
