Professional, caring, intelligent, Ms. Nelms has helped me on two occasions. I highly recommend her.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible and not to be trusted. Catherine Nelms does not care one ounce about her patients and would rather someone suffer withdrawals and face a potential emergency room trip than refill a medication for 2 days until the proper prescribing doctor can be seen. I will definitely never be going back to her again.
A little over a month ago I asked Catherine to switch my medicine to what I was in prior she told me no, that I would follow up with an endocrinologist (couldn’t get in for a month first appt is 02/07) and since I was kept the medicine I told her wasn’t working I went into DKA and was put in the ICU. Never will I see her again.
