Always happy to share and listen to Dr. Broome regarding my health and getting the updates needed to stay on track.
Today was my first appointment at 3pm. I was late; and I did not have a problem with rescheduling the appointment. I did speak with the office manager and shared with her that I did want to speak with Dr. Broome because I had some questions about what to expect for the next consultation. Having bloodwork is traumatic for me. The phlebotomist that care for this part of the treatment are Professionals. They listen when I said other medical facilities have said I’m a hard stick. It went with the least amount of pain that I’ve had in the past. Dr. Broome is very thorough. She asks questions and “listens” to your response.
Dr. Broome is personable and instills confidence in quality of care. I’m glad she’s my physician.
