Dr. Broome was fantastic! She is very thorough, takes the time to understand each patient, and inspires confidence through her expertise and compassionate care. She is also incredibly patient and makes you feel heard throughout the appointment. Likewise, the staff there was great. the phlebotomist was great! Bloodwork is a procedure I don’t enjoy and he was very understanding, and the nurse who took my vital signs before my appointment had a wonderful attitude and that helped me manage any stress I had before. Always happy to share and listen to Dr. Broome regarding my health and getting the updates needed to stay on track.
Today was my first appointment at 3pm. I was late; and I did not have a problem with rescheduling the appointment. I did speak with the office manager and shared with her that I did want to speak with Dr. Broome because I had some questions about what to expect for the next consultation.
