Was a 5star experience at the beginning, 2 star on a scale of 1-5 experience till Teresa Wiles arrived and turned my appointment at the end into a 5 star experience. First paperwork was easy, check in process best ever, literally had near to no waiting time before a kind, knowledgeable young woman guided me to a room where they did the $40 machine that replaces having to have my eyes dilated and confirmed I am not color blind with some reading tests thereafter. Dr. Kennedy and her staff are fabulous. They are timely with appointments and are skilled at helping you pick out frames that fit your face shape. I would highly recommend Arboretum Vision Care to anyone needing an eye examination, contacts, or glasses.
Dr. Kennedy is very competent and kind. She has a way of really putting you at ease.
