Dr Jerez is the only doctor who has ever taken my rare, but serious, symptoms and thought they were worth looking into, instead of discrediting my experience by telling me it was "all in my head". She very thoroughly tested every level she could think of, sent me to specialists, and listened to me. Dr. Jerez and her Nurse (Dakota) are the worst. I’d called their office at 8:30am to inform them I had flu like symptoms due to both my kids having the flu simultaneously and later Dakota after hours of me calling them back to put in the prescription, Dakota informed me to go pickup my prescription. This is to include Dakota hanging the phone-up in my face three times with the excuse of “I couldn’t hear you.” Later I arrived to the pharmacy to pickup my prescription 4:30pm and Dakota then informs me Dr. Jerez never processed... read more
