I wanted to share my experience here to make others aware before going to this place. I took my mom in to start the process of getting dentures and they were so impatient and frustrated because my mom (who suffered from a previous stroke) could not lift her “tongue” all the way up. The staff responded with attitude commenting “how can she not lift her tongue, it’s the strongest part of her body” and I explained to them about her past stroke. Trust me. Not the place you want go if you have under lying health issues.
I have gone for treatment two times and each time has been miserable. I had to go back after each treatment so she can fix the issue she caused. I don’t think she knows what she’s doing last treatment I had from her three weeks ago caused So much pain, but I’m definitely not going back to her changing dentists immediately!
THE TWO TIMES I HAD WORK DONE I END UP WITH AN ISSUE HAVING TO GO BACK TO GET IT FIXED. THE OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS, LEAVE VOICEMAILS AND NEVER RETURNS CALLS.
I really like Dr. Irasusta and the hygienist. The dental assistants are very nice as well. The thing that sucks is the front desk staff used to be so nice and welcoming and now they’re either rude or just blah.
