Catherine helped us purchase our home while we were living out of state. She took numerous and thorough video walkthroughs and was very patient (and super responsive) with us while we decided what we wanted. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions as first-time home buyers. It takes a lot of trust in someone to purchase a home in an unknown area, and we felt completely comfortable with Catherine as our guide.
To all those potentially involved in working with Catherine, know that you will be well taken care of. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional but more than that she is the closest thing to an energizer bunny I've seen. She was always on the clock any day of the week keeping herself available. Would 100% recommend Cathrine! She made the selling process smooth and easy for my husband and I from start to finish. We moved cross country and werent there in VA to deal with any of the closing items in person. Cathrine let us know when things were happening, what was the process of how showing would go, and more. She gave us constant updates.
First-time sellers here. Catherine went above and beyond to walk us through the whole process, facilitate items, and she was extremely patient throughout (again, first-timers). Everyone's main concern was getting an offer on opening weekend, especially in the slow wintertime market.
