Would 100% recommend Cathrine! She made the selling process smooth and easy for my husband and I from start to finish. We moved cross country and werent there in VA to deal with any of the closing items in person. Cathrine let us know when things were happening, what was the process of how showing would go, and more. She gave us constant updates.
First-time sellers here. Catherine went above and beyond to walk us through the whole process, facilitate items, and she was extremely patient throughout (again, first-timers). Everyone's main concern was getting an offer on opening weekend, especially in the slow wintertime market. Catherine was amazing to work with! She showed us everything we wanted to see. She Kept it honest and real through the whole process, the good, the bad, the ugly (which is really important when buying from another state via FaceTime). We got into multiple bidding wars, and she had the best Negotiation skills. Got everything we wanted and more! Very knowledgeable! Goes above and beyond for her clients!
