Beautiful experience. I was so tense and dis not know what expect but they took care of us. I love the way they took their time to explain everything from testing bit to the results. They were so patient and gentle with my child which I appreciate .
Timely response upon arrival at clinic—feedback from Dr. Abby White upon completing bone checks, conveyed with clear clinical wording, competency and smiles with feedback to me and my husband. Following the exam, clinic Director Dr. D? D stepped in to confirm, comment, support results… all completed in professional manner and collegial manner. 4 stars
I was pleased to undergo an audiology examination in the laboratory of Dr. Demirel at Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Demirel not only managed with great skill the complex electronics of the examination- she also took the time to explain the procedures she had to follow, in what turned out to be a very cordial and reassuring visit.
Pleasant visit. Got our tasks done. Unfortunately the fix on the turn off button for the left hearing aid didn’t last and it is now the same as before. But getting the heating test was most important.
