Dr. Cheung is that ever more rare doctor who takes the time to listen. She is professional, thoughtful and skilled in her work. My surgery went very well and my pain is gone. She has an excellent bedside manner and is clearly knowledgeable in her field. She was my second opinion and became my first choice!

I had foot ( Taylor bunion surgery on both feet 8 years ago. Then and even now and I still feel like I don’t have feet issues anymore. Highly recommend Dr. Cheung. Then 4 years ago she fit me for orthodic insoles that still fit great.
Dr. Cheung solved my plantar fasciitis that the other podiatrist was unable to do. The other podiatrist also recommended having my foot operated on for my bunion when all it took was changing my orthotic, while Dr. Cheung tries to avoid surgery. My UCSF primary care doctor recommended Dr. Cheung, and the physician's assistant at UCSF's orthopedic oncology department also said she really likes Dr. Cheung.
