Quite simply, Cate was amazing! We lived in Texas...Cate went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. We did a tour using Facetime and made an offer while still in Texas. Cate jumped into action and immediately ordered the home inspection so it would be ready when we arrived to look at the house in person.
