Dr. Clayton is now requiring patients to leave credit card on file, with permission to automatically add charges to your card if they experience problems with the insurance claim they file. They can file charges on CC without your knowledge. How secure do you believe your CC information is going to be? I would not trust any doctors office security. Rather then follow this policy I’m to looking for a new dermatologist.
Dr Clayton is wonderful, have been seeing her for many years, however,new policy of demanding leaving credit card on file caused me to leave practice. I can understand if was being seen for cosmetic, elective services but not for medical reasons which insurance covers in full. Staff rude and condescending
She is a caring doctor and I would highly reccomend her to everyone. So glad my husband and I both go to her
Fantastic physician! Dr. Clayton is caring, takes time to listen, and always inquires about my family. I have been her patient for years and have always been pleased with my treatments. Dr. Clayton is knowledgeable, has excellent surgical skills, and always explains her diagnosis and treatment options in a clear, logical way. Plant City is lucky to have such a fine physician live and work in the community.
Cautious about smallest of what she considers abnormalities. Quick office visits and follow through on necessary referrals. I've been going to her since 1990and will remain until she retires.
Dr. Clayton has been my Dr. for many years. She listens, cares, and takes the time to explain in detail each procedure and how to care for the wound as well as written instructions .Dr. Clayton does excellent work and would not want to give her up for any reason.
Fantastic physician. Excellent surgical skills and knowledge of skin diseases. Dr. Clayton is a caring individual with a great bedside manner. She always asks about my family. Plant City is lucky to have such a fine physician live and work here.
I would recommend Dr Clayton because she is very thorough and very professional. She takes time with and is concerned with your problems.
