What a great therapist. She does great work. Definitely start your couples therapy journey sooner than later.
I highly recommend Catherine. She is a calm, rational presence that helps you examine and understand the root of an issue(s) rather than the get stuck on specific details of things that have happened – and then works with you to identify patterns and provide tools to address moving forward. My husband and I worked with her when we needed a “tune up” in our communication styles – so glad we found her!
