Very bad place if you want your car to be there for months and get charged for something that you dont need this is your place the owner himself is a layer my car been at this chop for almost 3 months and not fixed and charged me 700 dollars for fuel pump that i dont even need Good luck everyone
Water pump gave out 30 miles south of Wichita Falls in 109 degree heat. Called around and everyone else said it would be at least a week if I could get the vehicle towed to town. Zach at Catherall's promised next day service and worked with a tow truck to get the vehicle in his shop while we traveled on to our destination. Great folks here!! Took my ‘12 duramax in for a fuel leak that other shops have fixed before and instead of just fixing the leak they actually took the time to figure out why it was leaking, the tune I had done had the pressure almost 3000 psi over what it was supposed to be!! Was up front on pricing and it was more than reasonable!! Would definitely recommend them!!
I had a problem with my ram 3500. Zack helped me to fix it. He even got a used part for me to save some money. Highly recommend this guys. They know how to fix your vehicle. Again, thank you so much!!!
