Awesome staff! The front desk, nurse and doc on duty were just fantastic. Couldn’t be more pleased and just a short walk from home!
The lady at the front desk was literally the kindest and most helpful person in healthcare that I have ever come across. She helped me in every possibly way she could and explained everything to me in great detail. I ended up going elsewhere because of my insurance but this lady and the nurse as well were so incredibly nice. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.
I came in today for a same day appointment (physician M.Hayes, 12:30pm on 3/14/19) for concerns regarding rapid onset pain, swelling, and discoloration of spot on my chest, and I really feel the need to say something here. Before she even fully walked through the door, my doctor said: "so, you woke up with pain this morning, hopped on Google, got scared, and decided to run in here, huh?" The woman I talked to over the phone was very nice, however at the clinic itself, the woman at the front desk that took over for her was incredibly rude and condescending. Since I had been there for quite a while (in an otherwise empty waiting room) I asked for an update. She responded that it was urgent care and smugly asked if I had a primary care doctor. I do not.
