I have been a customer of Cathedral answering service for over 25 years and found that recently we no longer had the need. I discontinued the service in March 2020 including signing legal papers to that effect and now as of August 1 I am still being charged monthly. My phone calls to the answering service to complain about the problem and have gone on answered. They are non-responsive and unprofessional. Only interested in your money.
We have been with Cathedral Answering for over 15 years. They got bought out a few years back and were absorbed by an out of state firm, but kept the Cathedral name. Since then we have had numerous problems with them not following our instructions as to who should be contacted, etc. and also with them getting names and messages totally incorrect.
