She was always available for questions, and helped us make sure our day went off without a hitch. Owner equals rude & unprofessional! No compassion or respect to anyone!
Staff and ownership are very rude and unapologetic over a situation that could have been easily resolved simply by anyone with the slightest amount of willingness to have a simple conversation. Would not recommend this venue at all. For the money you spend ownership should have some appreciation.
The owner was watching every single person like a hawk, trying to find something wrong with everyone. We were respectful the entire time, yet nothing we did or said seemed to satisfy her. She even called the police while we were waiting for our Uber . It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We’re adults, not children, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. Save your money and go elsewhere.
