I've been a resident here since February 2021. For the past 2 years and change management has refused to issue a new lease. The property has gone through several managers and an ownership changes we (residents) have experienced poor security with both homeless people using our stairwells for temporary drug hangouts, toilets, and prostitution services. This is a great place to stay rats big as cats and roaches. Being patched up some getting done better than others. That's not fair
They say they're affordable, but they're not. They're also run down and dirty. They're in the process of renovating, so hopefully one day it will be nicer. As of now, I was disgusted.
