This is a great place to stay rats big as cats and roaches. Being patched up some getting done better than others. That's not fair
They say they're affordable, but they're not. They're also run down and dirty. They're in the process of renovating, so hopefully one day it will be nicer. As of now, I was disgusted.
Do not move here........the building has bad energy you will end up depressed and falling possibly to a lower version of yourself.......access to stores is cool but every time you look up and pay attention drugs vagrants disrespect..To make it better it needs to be knocked down
Never sure about management here, is sketchy at best.last official manager lasted only a few weeks and quit unannounced. Currently they've failed to provide new lease, raised my rent without providing prior notice. Now want me to sign document asking HUD to raise my rent 61% market rate adjustment they artificially created by building massive apartment complex right next door.
