I lived in one of EkoLiving's apartments for only a year. After my lease was up, I knew I did not want to live there any longer nor in any other Ekoliving apartments. My experience living in their apartment was subpar and dealing with the leasing office was displeasing. For people interested in leasing with Ekoliving, beware of the cleaning fees. I made sure to deep clean my apartment to ensure I left the place in as pristine condition as I could, but I was still charged $750+ for cleaning. That meant I never got my security... read more
