They are hesitant/"unable" to back the products they sell. Was happy with the doctors, but my newer glasses (about 10 months)are falling apart and the manufacturer won't honor the warranty since I tried to spot glue the frame back together as a temporary fix. Will never buy Prodesign denmark again. Pretty much given a cold shoulder by Cathedral. Lots of "sorrys", but you definitely feel like once you purchase, their job is done.

Seriously the best staff! My son has behavioral issues (he’s 3) and they were so sweet.. my son hid under a table and all 4 staff got on their knees and played with him and was so supportive. They were so incredibly patient with my son. Never did they get frustrated or annoyed. Thank you for the wonderful experience ❤️

Don't let the serious fashion of the staff (and I mean serious) intimidate you. They are the nicest people and treat you like they've known you forever. Personally I love going in to see these stylin', charismatic super helpful people. I also love my glasses.
