Warning!! Potential for dangerous MOLD growth in units that the property manager stands by and lets happen. Beware this place!! Do Not Move Here! If you do be prepared for excuses, excuses and even more excuses. Work orders started a month after you submit them and then closed without confirmation that the "fix" will work.
