I didn't live in the south long enough to claim any relation, but my affinity for the region's cuisines predate my time spent there and informed much of my diet there. In was a revelation to find cathead biscuits and 'que at the same spot - and better, some mighty fine examples of the craft! great bbq, great flavor profiles! the slow smoked lamb shoulder was crazy delicious and oh yeah well done on the beers on tap, they compliment the amazing food so well. cant wait to go back!
