The Woman Behind the Desk is Really Rude. I don't know why Cathey Pacific Cargo DFW would hire this woman. Treated me like crap. I received a call from the lady at the front desk claiming my load had already been picked up, when asked to double check, she didn’t want to and handed me back my paper work and ID.
