I really love this place! The staff is very welcoming, and the loan manager, Winnie, provides the best loan options for her clients. I highly recommend it here!
Mr Phillip Wong gives great customer service. He has helped me several times with issues I have had.
They close at 6. I walked in at 5:40 to ask if i could park in one of their 7 open parking spots. Wish a kinder busines shared this lot.
The people are always super friendly and having the bank reserved parking spaces makes parking super easy even though the plaza is always packed with cars!!
All staff are so friendly and helpful. Always say hello with big smile! They always help me quickly, it’s amazing . If you’re tired of the other bank long wait and always deal with customer service by phone, you must come here to enjoy their service. They always save the parking spot for the customer too.
