RecommendedThe same great food as their old location, Catfish Lake. Simple homestyle food, concentrating on fish, with a healthy selection of steaks and sandwiches thrown in. The addition of a simple salad bar ($1 extra) is a pleasant surprise from their old menu.
RecommendedMy husband and son and I went to Catfish Lake Restaurant lodge at LaPlatte, last night, they said they opened Monday. Very nice place, nice atmosphere and the food was the same - delicious. The waitress was very friendly. We will be going back.

RecommendedGreat food, my kind of ambiance but they drive crazy calling thier walleye Alaskan. There is no such thing as Alaskan walleye. It is good no matter were it is from.
