Super friendly staff, beyond excellent food, all fresh! One of my fav restaurants that I make sure to visit whenever I travel past Farmington. A must if you like seafood! I will say I have not tried anything beyond the all you can eat fried catfish and shrimp (and many of the sides). Fried okra is amazing, fried corn on the cob is pretty amazing, all great. Not even worthy of one star. Th catfish kettle USED to one great place to eat, however now is a different story. I went in there with my grandson three days ago, we were served old Luke warm fish, burnt outside chicken strips not chicken pieces that was also cold. As well as the baked beans. I was discusted, and we left hungry. I will never go there again. It was sadly a big disappointment. I drove three states away just to eat there. Never again.
They have the best catfish of all I believe. My husband and I have never had any problems with any of the food. They always serve you / us more than we posibly can eat. And their pies? Oh my, the best I've ever ate! Chocolate is my favorite!
It is a great family owned restaurant. Great fish and the pies are fabulous too. The staff are all friendly and helpful as well. All in al a great place
I'm picky about my catfish but I have to say it was very good. The shrimp and chicken is tasty. The food came out nice and hot and waitresses was very prompt. I would eat here again.
