The fish is always fresh and hot. Refills of fish is never a problem; matter of fact refills in general are never a problem. We drive an hour one-way to enjoy fish and fellowship at 'the kettle'.
Never disappointed here - just friendly country people - that simply do what they do right- hot - fresh food - great pies and friendly staff - if you have a problem with anything just ask and they will take care of you !
Best meal I had in a long time. I have many people talk highly of Catfish Kettle. Now I know. I now have a new favorite place to eat on my way down to S-F Scout Ranch. Come Hungry cause the portions are huge!
Went there Feb 13 was very nice loved the glass glasses they was big
Had lunch about 1:30 pm... the server was very pleasant and very helpful. I had the all you can eat cat... the chicken and hushpuppies seamed to be a little overcooked very dark in color... but the taste was good... the cat fish was different but ok... having had catfish from all over I would of liked it to be a bit more chunky... great service the young lady went out of her way...
