It took over half hour to get our drinks and we only ordered beer at 8 o'clock at night.

On a family Mini Vacation it was our 1st visit to Catfish Charlies. The Food was great and the service was excellent... Great atmosphere...
We went for lunch and they were busy but not slammed. Waiter must have been new. He offered us no water, had to ask; brought appetizers, but we had no silverware, had to ask another waitress. Brought the food, never asked about refilled on our drinks, again had to ask. Brought a glass of wine out 15min after others soft drinks & when I was just about done with the meal. Food was really good so we will be giving it another try sometime.
The catfish was very good there. They have a wide selection of beer there as well.
served me crab and shrimp jambalaya with mock crab never said a thing until I pointed it out, then they said the crab shipment didn't arrive, then they discounted our tab 12%. Couldn't transfer a simple tab of 2 drinks into the dining area saying it was against their policy despite saying the opposite when we started.
The food was good, the service was great. This was our first time visiting. Our lunch was a little late because the kitchen was backed up but the waiter let us know and management made it rite.I highly recommend to anyone in the area. This was probably the best service we have received hands down anywhere we have been. I wish I would have caught our waiters name to call his manager.
