I ordered the lobster tails with mac and cheese, also rice and beans. EVERYTHING was cold, not even warm! Our waitress never came back to out table so asked a different waitress to at least heat up the butter. She brought it back to me the same cold temperature!! Waste of money. .
Good service. Good food. However I ordered catfish with Creole seasoning and it tasted like regular catfish,which was great if you were expecting plain catfish. But too often in Dubuque I find the majority of people can't handle much spice or heat so the restaurants in General take it down a notch instead of taking it up a notch
We had friends in from the south and they were taken aback by the Cajun menu! They commented on how truly authentic the dishes were. Also really enjoyed the Lemon Saison beer from the micro brewery, it was over the top! Great food & great memories......
I was a little worried reading some of the reviews, but we were not disappointed! The service was on point, we were in and out in an hour after waiting 10 minutes for a table. The crab and shrimp dip appetizer was well worth the money - it was AMAZING! And not just a tiny bowl of dip.

We were super excited to visit, mostly for the outside seating. Service was SUPER slow.. My mother finished her water before appetizers arrived and didn't get a refill until she was completely done with the meal. She never checked on our table so we went half the time without silverware. Not to mention we had to send our plate back - there was a bug in it. We came from Cedar Rapids yesterday to visit a few different things (aquarium & elevator).
