I am disturbed that the reception staff are not wearing masks when patients are in the waiting room and not always when interacting with patients. I'm also not comfortable being in the building if patients aren't required to wear masks inside.
It started out great, friendly people, good service (all things they need for good customer service), but through it all and even when I called before making an appointment, it was never mentioned that they do not offer refunds no matter what. I have really bad vision and have a difficult time to get lenses I can see clearly. They were good at remaking lenses but to no avail. they are caring, friendly and offer complete eye care for your family!
I paid $25 for my son's glasses last year with insurance and now they want me to pay $180 this year when nothing with my insurance has changed they won't even attempt to send it to insurance for coverage
Excellent customer service!!Very quick on service.My first pair of glasses I struggled with and they worked with me until they fit me well.I recommend them to everybody!!
