It started out great, friendly people, good service (all things they need for good customer service), but through it all and even when I called before making an appointment, it was never mentioned that they do not offer refunds no matter what. I have really bad vision and have a difficult time to get lenses I can see clearly. They were good at remaking lenses but to no avail. Best eye care facility I've ever gone to. Staff is awesome and the doctors are GREAT!!! When my glasses broke, they worked me in the schedule the same day and within 3 hours of my phone call. Couldn't ask for better customer service!!
