Fantastic & friendly service!! We called & explained our situation.. he was at our house in no time, diagnosed & fixed the problem within hours. (We’d been waiting weeks with another company) he was extremely knowledgeable, patient with my toddlers who thought his tools were super cool, and very trustworthy. We even ran into him at the bank recently & my kids (who’d seen him once) said “Momma, that’s the nice man who fixed our washer!” CANT SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!!!

4 kiddos, wet clothes in the washer, and my dryer goes out! A friend recommends Cates, so I give them a call, and not only was the response quick, as in same day appointment, but my dryer was up and running like new at the end of the service call! It's never happened that I actually got an appointment and a completed repair all in the same day and all for a reasonable price! Also, the customer service was excellent! I will definitely be using Cates in the future for all of my appliance repair needs!
My dryer went out and I have to say he was not the first one I called. I tried repair companies and got the run around. I call Cates and not only did he come the same day, but he got the make and model # of my appliance and had the part when he arrived. He fixed my dryer in less than an hour. Cleaned up after his repair and was very cost efficient. I will call him for all my future needs first!
Great customer service and fair, honest pricing. He recently replaced the broken ice maker in our Bosch fridge. I will call him again for sure!
He did a great job fixing our refrigerator! He drove out in very short notice and fixed it quickly!
