Absolutely 5-stars and if I could give it more, I would. He actually arrived early which was fine got right to the problem found it quickly fixed it and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using him again if I have any more appliances go out!!
I made a call to Cates Appliance on a Friday desperately needing my dryer fixed to prepare for an upcoming vacation. Mr. Cates was at my home Saturday morning and had my dryer working before lunch. He was extremely efficient and professional as well as being reasonably priced. I will be using Cates Appliance again and confidently recommend to anyone else. :))
