This has to be one of the slowest places imaginable, 0900 appointment, arrived at 0830. Check in process is so slow I don't actually check in until 0930. It's now 1419 and still no door, line of trucks all the way to the street. Update: got call for outside dock at 1550, unloaded by 1630. Definitely do not come here in the morning, the 1st shift crew doesn't give a shit about drivers time. The 2nd shift guys were nice and cool.
This facility so bad they said appointment but you don’t know what time they gonna load or unload don’t come here trucker
Till now 3 hours to unloading and counting
Stay far away from booking loads with this place, they order all this freight and have no room for it, and we have to wait , they book appointment times for no reason because they dont follow them. They always want drivers to be on time but they are never. They don’t care if u have other loads to pick up. They take there time at this facility STAY AWAY!!!!!
They need to get this company out of North Little Rock.
