Stay far away from booking loads with this place, they order all this freight and have no room for it, and we have to wait , they book appointment times for no reason because they dont follow them. They always want drivers to be on time but they are never. They don’t care if u have other loads to pick up. They take there time at this facility STAY AWAY!!!!!
They need to get this company out of North Little Rock.
Apptb 14 : 00 check in 11:30 get loaded right away
Appointment was at 1300 arrived at 1145. They called to tell me to go to Dock 20 at 1430. Had to back all the way to the dock so I wouldn’t have to blind side. Beyond frustrating it’s 1530 now only thing they have done is drop the ramp.
My appointment time was for 5pm, i got a door at 1pm. It only took about a hour to get unloaded. No overnight parking. No restroom. The guard shack I had was nice the older one is a stickler 🤣.
