This is what it's like working security at Caterpillar. He lost his grandmother the night before!
Working in the service department at Western Specialty Contractors was challenging. Although the company has a long history, the management under Ray in our department was poor. There was a lack of effective scheduling and contract management. We were required to show up early and then wait unpaid before being sent home, and overall the pace was slow and disorganized. Even major clients withdrew because of these inefficiencies. It’s not an environment I can recommend.
