Catering DSM was excellent. We had our wedding at the Temple and we received so many compliments on our food. My husband and I had a food tasting and everything also went very smoothly. If we were unsure of something, they changed it or talked it through with us on other recommendations! I would highly highly recommend! What a great group of people!
We've used Catering DSM for a few nonprofit fundraising events recently, both at The Temple for Performing Arts and off-site, and loved our experience every time. The food is delicious (we got a lot of positive feedback on this after each event, especially for the appetizers), the service is spectacular (every staff person I interacted with from bartenders to wait staff to event set up staff was professional and cheerful), and Alex and Sarah make planning so easy. Catering DSM (and Alex Jimenez in particular) are amazing to work with! The food is delicious and we heard nothing but good things from our guests. The tasting was a great experience and Alex was awesome at recommending certain things that fit with what we were looking for. Couldn't have been happier with our experience!

Catering DSM is fantastic to work with! I am a wedding planner and this past weekend was my second weekend I had planed a wedding at The Temple For Performing Arts and the food + service was outstanding. I highly recommend all of brides to work with Catering DSM. You will not be disappointed! Sarah is SO great to work with and helps make sure my couples get the best experience.
Catering DSM was great to work with for our son's wedding on August 10th. Every detail was handled prior to the event so we knew what to expect. The food was superb and was presented beautifully. I would use them again if I ever need a caterer.
Sarah Burt was awesome to work with! She always responded timely and had great suggestions to make the evening run smoothly. We had numerous comments on the venue, beverages and meal. So many were impressed with the steak. We would highly recommend them for your event!
Alex and Sarah are both so easy to work with! Alex was super quick to respond to emails leading up to our wedding, and Sarah made sure that everything ran smoothly the day of and before. Our food was fantastic! We heard nothing but great things from our wedding guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
