Mark was very responsive and easy to work with. He thoughtfully organized my husband's celebration of life in just a few short days. His staff was professional and personable. The food was amazing and homemade receiving many compliments from my guests. I would recommend Mark and his staff to anyone. Thank you Mark for lowering my stress level.
After several long discussions with an associate about our daughters wedding, (May 2027) we were told they would email us a quote. Still no quote after at least 6 weeks. He did call at least 4 times in one week with multiple excuses as to why we never received it. Then we were called to go over pricing again and were told the date we wanted was already booked, (with no deposit) but they were free the rest of that month. Mark and his staff were on the ball for our family event at the Akron Women’s City Club.
Mark and his staff did an amazing job for my husband's funeral luncheon. My daughter and I talked with Mark and he was able to get the luncheon together within 5 days. We had many calls into caterers, Mark was our first call back and we were so thankful.
