I had a great experience! I had my permanent retainer pop out that was put in 12 years ago by other orthodontist across the country. I called Dr. Caters office explained my situation and they told me they would be able to see me asap. I called on Monday they had me scheduled for Wednesday of the same week! The staff was extremely friendly and transparent about pricing. Dr. Cater was very informative and kind .
