Take extremely too long for the glasses to come back!!! By time my son glasses came in his sight had gotten worse! That mean new prescription and the waiting game all over again! It’s really ridiculous.
Dr. Hand takes his time making sure that everything is crystal clear by the end of your appointment. His assistant is the goodest boy!
My experience with Cate Street has been very disappointing since Dr. LaMonica is no longer with the practice. Unfortunately, I no longer feel confident in the level of care and will be seeking services elsewhere.
lady in the front is beyond rude every time we come. only reason i still come is for the sweet lady in the back that sizes your glasses.
Student worker did not understand the doctor's prescription, and the owner rather than stepping in, sat disinterestedly and had the glasses sent. The wrong prescription arrived 6 weeks later, which meant it took over two months.
