Cate is wonderful. She is a brilliant therapist, kind, gentle, funny and compassionate. An excellent listener, she observes and makes connections which allow me to view my thoughts, behaviors and patterns in new ways. I appreciate that I can be completely transparent and genuine with her. She is encouraging and honest. I leave our sessions with a plan and feel hopeful.
