Food was good, Service was TERRIBLE – Is there anything that can ruin a good meal more than bad service? It was pretty empty when my happy hour group started to arrive. The first round of drinks came fairly quickly, but bread was dumped at our table with no silverware, plates, or napkins. We were not checked on for quite a while. A Westchase Great – I have to say this Is an enjoyable experience any day of the week. Starting on Mondays with their 1/2lb burger nights all the way through Friday. The staff is great, the bar having 3 or 4 HD TV's. I am just amazed at how wonderful their food ( cooked over wood ) is, to adding sushi that... of course is great. ALL RESTAURANT OWNERS need to take a lesson from here. BRAVO CATCH 23!

Good? Great? Amazing? – We started off with a really tasty pineapple cosmo from the bar before sitting in our big booth. We took the servers recommendation by sharing the lobster escargot which was absolutely fantastic! We were most impressed with the extensive wine list they had to offer. wasn't as impressive as I imagined my friends and I tried this place out for the sunset dinner special that was advertised in a coupon book we got in the mail. They advertised 5 dishes with 2 sides, salad, dessert, and sodas for $10.95. They had advertised guava bbq ribs as one of the options, but when we got there she said they didn't have that (only sometimes have it). Nice Experience – We dined with a group of 6 and had an enjoyable time. The restaurant was on a short wait so had a drink at the bar. The service was friendly and quick the food was tasty but not overly done with too much flair, just perfect for a light meal. Not much ambience, but not boring either. Overall good food for the price and a good experience.
I have entertained family and friends at Catch 23 on many an occassion and never been disaappointed. Clean and pleasant surroundings with a genuinely friendly staff. Menu offers quite a variety and food is always fresh and delicious. Best of all are their specials, including the Monday night burger and Thursday steak! Don't take my word for it, check it out and ENJOY!
Just Like Bonefish – If you've been to one, you've been to the other. Although the calamari appetizer was the best I ever had... the crab-stuffed tempura shrimp was lacking. We made reservations and waited 30-45 minutes after we arrived. It wasn't too bad due to the great bar. The local fish was good. But we finished our appetizers before we ever got our silverware!!! Excellent Seafood/Service – The Seafood was amazing! Large plump shrimp, and golden brown calamarri. I had the tempura stuffed shrimp as an appetizer....WOW..it was great! My filet Mignon was tender, juicy and just the right size. Their glazes and sauces are also very very good. Unique. I will definately go back. The service was great. My glass was always full and dishes were cleared off the table promptly. Great Place. Use the VALET parking!
