Terrible – Food was uncooked, greasy and cross contaminated, so we sent it back. Drunk owner came over and told us to pay for what we sent back or he would call the police. On my girlfriend's birthday too. I paid for what we ate and left and he left us with an "f you". Never again. Never again.

OMG, FOOD WAS INEDIBLE – I ordered a steak medium with no seasoning and two vegetables. Steak was well done with a nasty sauce on it. Vegetables were undercooked and cold. The table beside me didn't eat their steaks either. I ate nothing. Cost me $30 for a glass of water. Service was terrible, too.

Going down hill.... – I've been coming to this place for years. It seems to be getting worse and worse. They have menu items on their menu that they don't even carry, the food took forever and they weren't even busy. Their so called "team service" is a joke as we had no clue who our server really was. We got an introduction and the next time we saw that person it was to pick up the check. We also ordered a bottle of wine that they were out of...After the 4th try we finally got a bottle of wine that we really didn't really ca... read more

Best Burger Value In Town! – It was another great value last week at Catch-Twenty Three, perhaps the best burger value in town. For just $3.99, we got three nice size Angus beef burgers with fries and all the toppings: The best part about it, it wasn’t served in a basket or wrapped in a sheet of foil or paper. Our meal was served on a real plate with real silverware and in a great casual yet upscale setting.

Food was good, Service was TERRIBLE – Is there anything that can ruin a good meal more than bad service? It was pretty empty when my happy hour group started to arrive. The first round of drinks came fairly quickly, but bread was dumped at our table with no silverware, plates, or napkins. We were not checked on for quite a while. We started to walk to the bar to get drink refills, because otherwise, it took 15 minutes after requesting one. The second group that came in to meet us received their food order before bread or ute... read more

A Westchase Great – I have to say this Is an enjoyable experience any day of the week. Starting on Mondays with their 1/2lb burger nights all the way through Friday. The staff is great, the bar having 3 or 4 HD TV's. I am just amazed at how wonderful their food ( cooked over wood ) is, to adding sushi that... of course is great. ALL RESTAURANT OWNERS need to take a lesson from here. BRAVO CATCH 23!

Good? Great? Amazing? – We started off with a really tasty pineapple cosmo from the bar before sitting in our big booth. We took the servers recommendation by sharing the lobster escargot which was absolutely fantastic! We were most impressed with the extensive wine list they had to offer. The citrus vinaigrette homemade dressing fit very well for their concept. The entree was very flavorful. I had the saute grouper with some really good green beans and my wife had as she described the freshest piece of seabass she has ever ... read more

Nice Experience – We dined with a group of 6 and had an enjoyable time. The restaurant was on a short wait so had a drink at the bar. The service was friendly and quick the food was tasty but not overly done with too much flair, just perfect for a light meal. Not much ambience, but not boring either. Overall good food for the price and a good experience.

Just Like Bonefish – If you've been to one, you've been to the other. Although the calamari appetizer was the best I ever had... the crab-stuffed tempura shrimp was lacking. We made reservations and waited 30-45 minutes after we arrived. It wasn't too bad due to the great bar. The local fish was good. But we finished our appetizers before we ever got our silverware!!! The hostess triple sat our waitress. It was sad. All in all, it was nice, and I will take my family when they visit and someone else is paying the exspensive t... read more
