I'm very unhappy with the service at this place. I came to this facility because my son needs. A new therapist and psychiatrist and they were supposed to set me up with someone. We had the intake appointment with the intake person, nobody ever got back with me. His behavior is escalating and he has severe emotional and behavioral issues and he needs to be seen ASAP. They set me up with an appointment with the same intake guy, and then we come in today and he tells me that if I want my insurance to cover it, he cannot see him... read more

They are rude and unprofessional. Instead of talking to u, they talk down to u.. I understand that it is a budget-help place but people with mental health don't need this kind of treatment. It only makes them run away from treatment and continue to go unhelped until something happens. I know about this 1st hand.. The state S.C. government should be doing something about the state-funded place's treatment of the public and how they are being helped. It's bad when the supervisors even give a negative attitude.
