Great company run by good, honest people!! Hard to find this day and age.
Sh***ty personell operating the phones with customers. Very unorganized and not clear on there procedure or processes of scheduling in coodination with the insurance agencies. One operator actually lied and said that they do not do field appraisals, but when i said ill take my business else were, they mysteriously started doing field appraisals that moment.
