Disappointed with service. My daughter made an appointment and gave them ins. Number over phone when she made the appointment. Two weeks later at appt. took copy of card the. Told her DURING appt. she wasn’t covered. Charged her 170.00 next day I CONTACTED CORRECT INS. They had a contract and daughter was covered- contacted them with all reference numbers to ensure payment! I have had cataract removal in both eyes by Dr. Monroe and Dr. Anderson, both surgeries were successful, my vision greatly improved
I had cataracts removed and corrective toric lense to correct astigmatism a week ago. I truly can see clearly now. Dr. Jamie Monroe and her staff are awesome! I highly recommend them.
