When you’re on time for your appointment, it is very unprofessional to be kept waiting and waiting. My time is important to me even though I’m not a professional. Too much going back and forth between all the testing that they do. Then I end up sightless in my right eye.
I had my first exam in several years and could not have had a better experience! From the moment I walked in to when I left, everyone was very friendly and helpful! I didn't have to wait long to get my new glasses and absolutely love my frames!
The doctors really care about you. And have your best interest in mind. The staff makes you feel welcomed.
