Terrible experience. They lack professionalism and refuse to take responsibility for their work or workmanship. My car stayed with them for two months — yes, two full months — and after all that, it came back with a rattling noise. Instead of squarely addressing the issue, the older gentleman insinuated that we were somehow trying to defraud the insurance company.
